I don't have a degree in medicine or psychology. But I was a victim for most of my life. I carried the trauma of physical, mental, sexual, and emotional abuse for years. Until one day, when I decided I was not going to live as a victim anymore. My past became a part of my future so I could begin to help others just like me to live again. I began to rewrite my future, and (to my surprise) it included all the trauma of my past. It is now time to give back! It is time for you to heal from your trauma. I did it and so can you.
