Holly Ray Folgia is a graduate of Villanova University and the Rutgers University School of Social Work. She has spent most of her career working with young children and their families.Holly crafted this book when her own two boys were ages eight and two, with the underlying theme that parents have opportunities all throughout their child's life to make a positive impact.Holly became aware of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center over four decades ago, when MSK helped her mom to overcome bone cancer. Now as Holly battles ovarian cancer, she continues to witness the remarkable work MSK performs every day, including the ground-breaking research they conduct.Holly lives in New Jersey with her husband, Jim, and their 15-year-old goldendoodle, Milligan.
