If you have even the slightest fear of dying or you're afraid someone you love will die, welcome to the club. At some point I suppose every person has experienced this type of fear. Some people report they have absolutely no fear of dying, while for others, the very thought sends them into a panic attack. For a very long time I was afraid of my own death and the possibility of eternal annihilation but no more. This is a book filled with suggestions.
