This Book Is Based on a True Story From the last US Census that I know of The total number of people with disabilities aged 16-64 is 33,153,211. Of those, the total number employed is 18,525,862. The percent of people with disabilities aged 16-64 employed is 55.8%. Of the 18.6 million people with disabilities employed aged 16-64, 60.1% of men with disabilities are employed, and 51.4% of women with disabilities are employed. I' Ronald Savage and I am one of those people employed with a disability aged 16-64. The sad thing is I have been discriminated against by a supervisor at my workplace OTDA to make matters worse he then turned around and started harassing me right after with his chest poked out because he had the backing of the client. This issue happens a lot with Security City, State vendor contracts and the security supervisor been at the site for a long time, and befriended the client and the client backs him up, and even will lie for the security supervisor. I have Tourette Syndrome, Tourette Syndrome is a neurological disorder which I have uncontrollable movements of my head and body, and sometimes even sounds and words. I've had this ever since I was a young kid, and it is very hard for me not to move my head, I have these tic's approx. every 5 minutes which can last for minutes at a time. It makes me so upset when a supervisor can lie with a straight face and say I didn't know he had Tourette's when I tic approx. every 5mins a day, and everyone else in the place knows I have it but the supervisor. That is a very weak covering up if I can say so. I am humbling requesting the lawmakers to read my story because I believe all supervisors need to be trained on how to deal with employees with disabilities & Medical Conditions, and there should be an independent review board for people with disabilities & Medical Conditions to determine if any employer or supervisor should be fired for disability discriminated and or harassment at the workplace.

I'm hoping to bring awareness about this issues, and hopefully be able to chance and add new laws when private companies bid for city, state and federal vendor contracts that their supervisors need to be trained on how to deal with people that have medical neurological disorders & disabilities before they hold any supervisor positions when contracting, bidding or in talks for any of these vendor contacts. About Ronald Savage: Born in New York City and raised in the Bronx, N.Y with his two siblings by their single mother, Ron Savage learned early on the value of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance. He earned his GED and is very proud of it, he made a choice to take his GED in the 11th grade of high school to take what he felt was a job of a lifetime, to work for Strong City /MCA Records all while working this part-time job he earned his GED and signed up for college and went on to become a leading force in the music business and toured all over the world not once but twice. In 1990 while working with the rap pop group SNAP Ronald Bee-Stinger Savage carved the term Six elements of the Hip Hop Movement. The Six Elements Of The Hip Hop Movement are: Consciousness Awareness, Civil Rights Awareness, Activism Awareness, Justice, Political Awareness, Community Awareness. Ron's academic prowess in leadership abilities earned him later on in life to become a great member in the political world as a member of the New York State Democratic Committee before successfully pursuing his most inner love helping his community. He spent the next decade prosecuting the state's gravest offenders in addition to volunteering most of his time if not all with his Non- Profit charitable causes. Ron founded the United Coalition Association a small Community Based Organization in the Bronx New York. Finishing school is a big thing for Ron, this is why today Ron Savage is the founder of the New York StateCollege Fair Day. Ron Savage also has an Educational DVD called ''The Plan'' which is in the New York City Library, Ron Savage is the owner of the United States Trademark: ULULY, and also owners the NYS Servicemark: College Fair Day as well as a few copyrights. Today, Ronald Savage is a book author who serves as a Motivator Speaker for people with disabilities, special needs, and child molestation survivors. Ron is a voice for your community. A voice that echoes your concerns. A voice that matters. A voice that cares.
