Paula D. Golden grew up in Los Angeles, CA and currently lives in Winnetka, CA with her husband. She earned her degree in fine art and design at California State University, Long Beach. Her passion for empowering children was inspired by her time tutoring at-risk youth, helping them gain the confidence to read and to excel. As a global literacy advocate, Paula's book, A PET JUST FOR ME!, is available in multiple languages.
