Some kids could use some guidance when it comes to knowing their worth, practicing positive thinking with positive affirmations, and standing up for what is right for them. There are many ways to be true to yourself, and I Am Me! gives Guardians and their kids great ideas to help them navigate through this wild world. Being true to yourself and really knowing and understanding who we are can be difficult when there are so many influences in the world.
