Overview

Jake Harper, members of his family and fellow vet TJ Alvarez have a neuro implant device that allows them to connect mentally with the world wide web. National Security files were stolen; Jake's wife supposedly has them; and Jake is accused of being complicit with her in trying to sell them on the dark web. To prove his innocence, he is ordered by the commander of The Cyber Security Strike Force Unit to locate the files and return them to DoD. He has many former enemies who also want those files and want him, and TJ made to disappear.Doing a preliminary investigation, Jake learned there were other previous implantees. Who and where did they go? Are they the source of the discordant voices inside his head, making him, and those who claim to be his superiors, think he is losing it? Jake's implant he calls CT is sent to discover the source of these other voices; determine if there are others in the cyber world that are a threat to him and his family; and what connection they might have to the puppet master he fears is pulling their strings, robbing him and his family of their privacy and free will.Jake and TJ, their devices CT and Earl, along with their families and allies must do everything they can to overcome the formidable forces aligned against them; which include: a Russian oligarch, his neighbor who is a weapon's merchant, a Mexican Cartel, the Dixie Mafia, Spain's Ambassador to Cuba, and other former and current implantees. To survive, they will have to fight many battles set to take place in the real world as well as in the cyber world.
