Overview

In diesem Buch werden die Eigenschaften des ultrabreitbandigen und richtungsaufgeloessten Funkkanals umfassend analysiert. Auf Basis von strahlenoptischen Verfahren werden zwei hybride Modellierungsansatze vorgeschlagen, welche die Streuprozesse im Funkkanal nachbilden. Die Modelle werden mit Messungen verifiziert und in Systemsimulationen eines MIMO-UWB Kommunikationssystems eingesetzt. Anhand dieser Simulationen wird der Leitfaden zum Design von Antennenarrays fur solche Systeme abgeleitet.
