Nobody knows the identity of the mysterious outlaw known only as Hurricane Billie. Bounty hunters across Texas have been on the trail for months, searching for a man who has been robbing trains and blowing up railroad tracks with his loyal gang of outlaws. She's crass and violent but also beautiful and frighteningly intelligent, outwitting him at every turn. The mind games she plays have him struggling to keep up. But Marin knows that if he wants to beat her at this game, extreme measures must be taken.
