Our genetics and our life experiences define us; when we look back, they tell our story. To truly know who we are requires knowing where we came from. We may not like what we see, nonetheless we are who we are. We are made of both matter and energy, both of which can guide us on our journey. Our matter guides us toward survival, creates insecurities, and is the source of our human pleasures. Evil targets our human side and is constantly challenging us to follow its path-it focuses on negative emotions like, fear, anger, hate, sadness, guilt, loneliness, depression, and doubt. Our energy, consciousness, and souls, also guide us and points us toward all that is good. When we are born, we are as pure and innocent as we will ever be. The power of love is within our energy and tries to guide us toward positive emotions like, gratitude, joy, love, hope, empathy, trust, optimism, and happiness. We cannot see our energy; we can only feel it. As we progress on our enlightenment journey, that feeling gets stronger and stronger. Jerry Chellini is not a writer or a philosopher, and his life is not one for others to follow; in fact, he would not want to relive his life. He woke up when he turned sixty-eight and was driven, by some external force, to do a deep dive into his life. He needed to understand the lessons his life taught him. He's been given the ability to see his life from the time he was one to two-years-old. As he looked back, it was like watching a movie. He saw himself and his surroundings. He does not see it as if he were looking through his own eyes. His analysis took ten years and resulted in a journal of his complete life. His life had a pattern to it and seemed to occur in phases. He now realizes the Universe provided experiences, good and bad, to teach him. He's now driven to summarize his observations and conclusion about life, the world we live in, and the universe-and pass that on to his family as well as readers in search of meaning.
