Solange Charas is on a mission to facilitate positive quantifiable human capital transformation. Her work with hundreds of boards and C-suite executive clients at EY, Arthur Andersen, and her own consulting firm, focuses on how to optimize the impact of human capital from a brand and financial perspective. HCMoneyball provides a first-of-its-kind SaaS product that combines financial and human capital metrics to support the creation of business intelligence and enhance human capital decision-making. Solange is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at the Conference Board, and is a Faculty member at Columbia, USC, and NYU, teaching in their Masters of Human Capital Management programs. Previously, Solange served on public company boards and was the CHRO for three global organizations. She earned a PhD in Designing Sustainable Systems from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University, and a BA in international political economy from UC Berkeley. Stela Lupushor is on a mission to humanize the workplace. She works with the Conference Board's Fortune 500 corporations-members on rethinking their workplace strategies. She leads Reframe.Work Inc., consulting on how to create inclusive workplaces through the use of design thinking, technology and analytics, as well as amazing.community, a nonprofit expanding the work horizon for women 45+.
