OverviewIn recent times, there is growing concern for the social, environmental, and humanitarian impact of corporations. The expansion of markets, liberalization of trade, globalization, and advancement of technology have greatly expanded the reach and impact of businesses, making the concerns even more urgent because of their sheer scale.
