Author Information

The Author: Allan Harkavy has taught physics for the past 35 years. He is presently Professor Emeritus at SUNY-New Paltz. Dr. Harkavy has written articles on such topics as visual coding in the brain, magnetic resonance, and the Riemann Zeta Function. He was an early participant in the field of nuclear engineering.
