Author Information

Tibor Várady is academician of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is Professor Emeritus at both Central European University (Budapest) and Emory University (Atlanta). He is a Member of the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration, and he has been acting as agent, counsel and advocate before the International Court of Justice. Miodrag Jovanović is Full Professor in Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is a fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and the 2016 Brandon Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (Cambridge).
