Reviews

Companies today have elevated expectations for Human Resources professionals to demonstrate their value in a quantitative manner. This Human Resources Management book stands out by offering a scientific perspective by equipping professionals with the necessary tools and frameworks to effectively serve as partners and advisors to company executives.--Chase Collins (9/8/2023 12:00:00 AM) I have reviewed other texts and this text has all of the self-paced learning and insight that I apply in my lectures, so we have a nice fit. The content is exceptional, and it matches my style of teaching whereby I can apply the theoretical and practical aspects of HR from both the academic and real-world perspectives.--Carl Blencke (6/16/2023 12:00:00 AM) This is an excellent book that covers all aspects of HRM for students. In addition, it follows the SHRM guidelines for HR practitioners.--Theresa Maia (9/8/2023 12:00:00 AM)
