He has published his research in various international journals, including Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, British Journal of Management, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.Ramon Valle-Cabrera is a Professor of Human Resource Management in the Business Administration Department of Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Spain, having obtained his doctorate from the Universidad de Sevilla in 1983.
