HR practices must be changed to deploy an Agile transformation. In fact, the conventional HR practices during Agile transformation is counterproductive and damages the credibility of the transformation itself. It is equal to ask people to act and behave according to new principles, values and collaborative ways but continue to evaluate, incentivise, remunerate, promote and often train them according to principles, values and practices that are completely inconsistent with the new model.
