For over 35 years, she worked in the Silicon Valley, but her biggest passion was watching her daughter, Adriane, grow. Susan was Adriane's biggest fan, cheering her on for the nine years she played fast-pitch softball, until she graduated from high school. Susan, her husband, Richie and daughter, Adriane have traveled to many haunted places and look forward to further travels in the near future. In early 2000, Susan became a certified ghost researcher through International Ghost Hunters Society, founded by late Dr. Dave Oester and the late Dr. Sharon Oester. On Susan's first ghost researching trip, to Adelaida Cemetery in Paso Robles, California, she captured a photo of an apparition-something she and her three travel companions will no doubt remember for the rest of their lives. In 2009, Susan retired so she could spend more time pursuing her hobbies: ghost researching, traveling, reading and making yo-yo blankets. She is also a diehard fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. After living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 48 years, Susan and her husband, Richie, moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and now live in a supposedly haunted 1893 Gothic Revival brick house with their pets to begin a new chapter in their lives.
