Along with other genealogical data included within this book, the author has included an Appendix of Genealogies. This 88-page section contains genealogies of the following families: Chastain, Cocke, Dupuy, Fontaine, Marye, Maury, Trabue and other allied families of these families. The Index mentions approximately 4,000 persons.
