I am currently going back to school for Business with a concentration in HR and this book happen to pop up on my net galley. I was so intrigued by it I just had to request to read it. As I was reading it opened my eyes to so many things I did not realize I needed to know. I felt a sense of somewhat relive while reading this book and a bit more understanding into HR and can not wait continue my career and be the best HR professional I can be . * NetGalley *

Lucy Adams is a ‘recovering HR Director’. Having held Board-level HR roles in major organizations, including the BBC, she is now on a mission to change outdated HR practices for good. She created Disruptive HR having grown frustrated with the lack of innovation and fresh thinking in the way people were being led and developed. She now runs the agency to help business leaders and HR functions to do things differently and has worked with numerous blue-chip companies all over the world.
