Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationSandy Baker combines two of her passions, writing and gardening, into her children's gardening books with a plot. Two years ago, when she moved from the country into town, she left behind seventy hummingbirds. The new home and garden came with none, that is, until she planted salvia, rosemary, hollyhocks, Island Snap Dragon, and hung up a feeder. Now, four hummers grace Sandy's garden. Her garden is jammed with as many flowers as possible to attract birds, bees, butterflies, and bugs. Sandy has been a member of the Sonoma County (CA) Master Gardener program since 2000. Armed with lots of good gardening info from the MG program, she began writing children's gardening books in 2010. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and takes scads of photographs, especially of beautiful gardens. You can see plenty more about gardening, hummingbirds, and butterflies on Sandy's kid-friendly website www.sandybakerwriter.com. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
