The following scriptures in Romans 8:28-29 (KJV) are as important for what they are not saying as well as what they are saying: These scriptures don't assure you that everything that happens is good because we know that's not true. These scriptures do not tell us that God causes everything that happens in our lives because He doesn't. These scriptures do not tell us that everything will work out okay for everyone going through a storm because it won't. What they do say is that God is working on our behalf. His true purpose is to work His glorious plan.

DR. MARY ANN is a native of Toledo, Ohio. The third of thirteen children, a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She's dedicated to serving God at Faith Ministries International.
