Noel Bagwell is a business attorney from Nashville, TN, where his boutique business law firm, ExecutiveLP(R), has its main office. At the time of this writing, he is the National Center for Preventive Law leader for Start-ups and Small Businesses. Since 2013, Noel has provided pro bono legal instruction to thousands of veteran entrepreneurs through the Dept. of Defense & SBA's Boots to Business workshop, and serving veteran entrepreneurs is a cornerstone of his practice. Additionally, Noel is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association; serves on the Nashville Bar Journal's Editorial Committee; has written articles published in the Nashville Bar Journal; and has written hundreds of blog articles, and has created other free digital content for the purpose of educating entrepreneurs and small-business decision-makers. Noel is also one of two co-hosts on The Honest Lawyer Podcast. Noel also is an experienced public speaker and teacher, who enjoys presenting on topics both inspirational and informative. When he's not writing, speaking, or teaching, Noel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, swimming, learning new languages, and traveling.
