OverviewThe joy of eating as much food as I wanted as a child led to an addiction for eating food as an adult. My food addiction ballooned me up to 350-pounds. People who hadn't seen me for a while would exclaim, ""What happened to you?!"" After bariatric surgery I dropped to 180-pounds. I hid my addiction to food for many years.That addiction still lives inside me.This is what I do to keep my weight off after having bariatric surgery.
