Julia K. O'Neill earned her J.D. degree cum laude at Boston College Law School after graduating from Yale University with a degree in economics. She is the coauthor of The Entrepreneur's Internet Handbook, and has been published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyers Journal, and Banker and Tradesman. She is Of Counsel to The Feinberg Law Group, LLC in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she specializes in business, corporate, and securities law. Mark Warda received his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign.
