As a project manager, I have overseen new and modification projects utilizing on-shore and offshore resources and third parties. Thanks to over 25 years of project management experience, I have extensive knowledge covering the entire life cycle of a project, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects delivering business value.I began my project management career as a team leader progressing to project manager. I have managed small and large scale projects with multi-million-pound transition budgets. I will confidently guide you through the fundamentals of successful project management. I have full project management qualifications from both the Project Management Institute and a Prince2.My 25-years of project management experience covers complex projects for both private and public sector clients.
