Overview

Products are baked in solid fuel ovens, gas and electric stoves, electric molds (the miracle stove), as well as in special molds on a gas burner or stove stove. When baking, it is very important that the oven is in order and preheated for 15-30 minutes to the temperature required for baking this type of dough andproducts. Then the direct heating is reduced. During baking, the flame in a gas oven and in a solid fuel oven should not be strong. The temperature in the oven is checked with a thermometer; if it is not available, white paper is used for this purpose. There are the following stages of heating the furnace. Weak heat (17-125 Degrees) - white paper after 10 minutes becomes not brown, but yellow. Moderate heat (125-180 DegreesC) - White paper turns light brown after 5-10 minutes. Medium heat (180-225 DegreesC) - white paper turns brown within 1-2 minutes. Hot oven (225-275 Degrees C) - white paper turns brown within 15-30 seconds.
