Overview

The kitchen can be a source of loneliness for those of us intimidated by the world of cooking. This is unfortunate both because it doesn't have to be that way and because we all have to eat. Whether you're a nervous novice or a seasoned gastronomist, there is content in this guide that is relevant to you. Consider this a guide for exploring not only your kitchen but, more importantly, your palette. This guide contains explanations of salad categories, tools to help you compose salads suitable to your palette, eleven starter salad recipes and loads of encouragement. A salad awakening is waiting for you just inside the cover; all you have to do is turn the page and pay attention.
