Reviews

Every HR Department, college and university should buy this book for new hires and students traveling to America from abroad. The book is easy to read thanks to the author's humor and anecdotes, and includes questions after each chapter which is an added bonus for those practicing English as a second language. Making a great first impression is so important, and having to do that in a foreign country can be tricky without understanding its cultural norms. This book gives you all the tools you need to do it right! Janelle Graves
