She leads the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting antenatal education programme. She is a Teaching Partner at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford and is the lead author of the study: An Evaluation of Mindfulness. She currently resides in Oxfordshire.
