Angela founded and runs the award-winning recruitment and training consultancy MiddletonMurray which specialises in placing 16–24-year-olds in their first job. Founded in 2002 and winner of the prestigious Mayor’s Fund for London Awards – Employment for Young Londoners in the category ‘Pre-employment Training and Job Brokerage Provider of the Year’ in 2014, MiddletonMurray helps thousands of young people find their dream career every year. Angela sees the barriers that young people face first-hand, but passionately believes that no one needs to be unemployed and anyone can achieve their career ambitions if they are determined enough and are prepared to work hard.
