Author Information

Glen Ford was born in Hamilton, ON, Canada on a cold winter's day in 1952. Born on one side to a Welsh-Canadian family and the other a Scottish-Irish-Welsh-Canadian family, he claims to have come by his love of contradictions, variety, language and business naturally. He learned to be an entrepreneur at his Great-Grandfather's knee and has been addicted to risk and reward ever since. He literally grew up in the construction business. However, he took his bachelor's degree in the then new area of computing science just because he loved science fiction. A fortunate decision as he later entered the IT field (and still later the accounting field). Glen lives in Mississauga, ON Canada with his wife Lisa (an artist and museum technologist), two children (a boy and a girl) and two black cats.
