I am a Texas lawyer and certified mediator. I have been practicing law since 1990. My office is in Waco, Texas. My practice areas include creditor/debtor law, including both the collection of debts and asset protection planning, estate planning, and child advocacy, which is primarily focused on representing children who are caught up in the Texas CPS system. I believe the legal profession can and should do more to make the law understandable for everyday life. Personally, I find that well-informed clients are the best clients. It is with that goal in mind that I write my books. At this time my writings focus on creditor/debtor legal issues. I plan to expand that in the coming months encompass more areas of Texas law.
