Dr. Suzanne Gelb, Ph.D., J.D. is a psychologist, life coach, television commentator and author. Over the past 3+ decades, she has helped people to learn to handle the challenges of caregiving and prevent or resolve caregiver burnout, using tools like the ones in this book. Dr. Gelb's inspiring insights on emotional wellness have been featured on more than 200 radio programs, 260 TV interviews, and online on Time, Newsweek, Forbes, Psychology Today, The Huffington Post, NBC's Today, Positively Positive, Mind Body Green, The Muse and many other places, as well. As a contributing writer to the Huffington Post, Dr. Gelb's first article was called, ""Taking Care of an Elderly Parent -- and Not Loving It? How to Turn Resentment Into Patience and Joy.""
