Jim Fuller is a minister, licensed professional counselor, author, and the founder and Executive Director of Pastoral Care, Inc., one of the largest ministries for pastors and churches in America. Through a lifetime of church work, serving as a deacon for over 45 years, and helping thousands of churches across America, Jim has personally witnessed churches who supports their pastor along with their vision are churches that are dynamic, powerful, and making a difference in their communities.
