Her areas of interest concern: public international law (with special emphasis on the law of aviation), legal system of the US, the constitutional law of the EU as well as legal education. Dr Krasnicka is the Polish side director of the Comparative US-EU Law Summer Law Program, lecturer for the Comparative & International Business and Trade Summer Law Program. She is also on the Board of the Polish Legal Clinics Foundation and the Dean’s Representative for International Relations. Magdalena Perkowska holds a PhD degree in law and teaches at the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, Poland. Her areas of interest concern: criminal law, criminology (with special emphasis on the foreigners’ criminality, Swiss criminal law).
