God's Message to save the world from destruction, led by the USA, appears ready to crash as it doesn't appear able to save itself from choosing a leader trying to turn the great experiment in self-rule into an autocracy to satisfy his own need for gratification. It goes on to show that this universe, or universes, consists of an unknowably vast number of civilizations that have existed, are existing, or will exist. We are used to thinking that God Rules over earth, easily lost in the millions of planets in our galaxy among the unknowable number of galaxies. Now we must be forced to admit God Rules over all this vast Multitude. Heaven must be able to receive the graduates from this unknowable number of civilizations, where they will continue their education in coming to Know and Worship God in conditions of love with all their friends and relatives, where all their disagreements of the past will be eliminated and replaced with love and empathy. Then through the test of the ideal community in Eden 1, most of the problems of the world will be worked out through God's Message and His Guidance. These will include rules to ensure that people are taught civics and how to know when they are being deceived. How schools will be run in Eden 1 to graduate ideal citizens. How the police will be operated to eliminate the problems of the past. How the homeless may be healed to return to society as worthwhile citizens. How the elderly may find a way to pass on to the young some of their hard-won knowledge of life and gain loving friends.
