Author Information

Elidger Dauphin was born in Haiti. Very young, he went on a scholarship to college in Limoges (France). There, he obtained a bachelor in legal studies. In 2000, Elidger immigrated to the United States and obtained a bachelor Magna Cum Laude in criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2010. In June 2014, he completed a masters in international Affairs from Brooklyn College. Elidger is actually planning on working on a P.H.D.
