OverviewThe story of ""The Dustman Who Lost His Job"" is not meant to be a theological reinterpretation of what happened in the Garden of Eden. Instead, it is the tale of a young girl attempting to recall what her grandfather told her in that hot and dusty city of Babylon when she was a child, years later, as she struggles to discover her true identity growing up in a foreign land. Had it not been for Eve's act of seizing the forbidden fruit and both Adam and Eve eating it, she thought she would not have been born into the hardships of a foreign land with these strangers lording it over her people. Yet, Babylon had an attraction for her. Would she eventually get to go to the land that her father and grandfather frequently spoke of, or would she choose to remain in the city and forge her own path? She relives the story of Creation and Adam and Eve as her grandfather tells it with embellishments to keep this uppity preteen interested. Was she going to eat another forbidden fruit, or be obedient to her faith and culture? Full Product DetailsAuthor: Ewen C Todd , Ewen C D ToddPublisher: Ewen C. Todd Imprint: Ewen C.
