Walking in the Christian life is full of twists and turns as God works inside of us conforming us to the image of His son. John Conley takes us on a journey through his life showing us those that have influenced him. As God was growing John, He placed men and women in his life. Whether that was through personal relationship or by their testimony and influence prior to John becoming a Christian. I enjoyed getting to read about some of the twists and turns in John's life and how God placed others into his path that would help him in his Christian walk

John Conley became a born again Christian in 1974. Through Gods grace and the influences of many men and woman, John has continued his walk with the Lord for 41 years. This book is a tribute to those same men and woman. Without the never changing word of God and the guidance and wisdom of these early influences, the life of John H Conley may have turned out quite differently. John was born in Jasper County Indiana May 3rd 1946. Educated in the Walker township school district of Jasper County. He began his writing career in 1999 with his first publication titled The Life and Times Of John H Conley Jr (out of print). He published his life story in 2003 called Cowboys Farmers and Friends (revised in 2006). He has been doing Lecture's about his writings since the year 2000. He moved to Phoenix Arizona in 1976 and continued his writing career, writing about the Western way of life.
