Author Information

DONALD D. FOOS is now on long term disability leave as director of library and information science programs and director of the Center from Library Information Science Education and Research (CLISER), University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He is a volunteer consultant wh the Florida Bureau of Library Services for the Blind and Physically Disabled. NANCY C. PACK is a consultant wh the Florida Bureau of Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. She is a life member of the American Library Association and chairperson of ASCLA's Library Services to the Blind and Physically Handicapped Forum Program Committee for 1992.
