He has a PhD in hospitality management from Strathclyde University and an MA in teaching and learning in higher education from the University of Wolverhampton. Crispin Dale has experience of working in the hospitality industry at both an operational and management level. He has taught hospitality management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels for a number of years.
