Author Information

This is Julie Overlease's first book, and it comes directly from the heart: a deeply personal account of something no one ever wishes to experience. Prior to becoming a wife and mother of four, she taught middle school science and Integrated Physics and Chemistry in Houston Independent School District while coordinating a National Science Foundation Program for Rice University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Tulsa and a Masters in Educational Administration from University of St. Thomas. She has been active in various volunteer roles in the community and at Cure of Ars Catholic Church and School for the last decade.
