Míriam Bonaster Tur nació en Pineda de Mar en 1994. Estudió ilustración en la Escola Joso Centre de Còmic i Arts Visuals. Durante más de cuatro años y de forma semanal, Míriam publicó Hooky en Webtoon, que se convirtió en uno de los mayores éxitos internacionales de esta plataforma digital de cómics y la llevó a editar la obra en papel. El tomo 1 de Hooky ha sido muy bien recibido tanto en España como en Estados Unidos, donde ha entrado en las listas de más vendidos de The New York Times. Es colaboradora habitual de la revista Planeta Manga, en la que ha publicado, junto con Blanca Mira, Laia López y Sara Lozoya, El príncipe de la calamidad. She is a regular contributor to the magazine Planeta Manga, in which she has published, together with Blanca Mira, Laia López and Sara Lozoya, The Prince of Calamity.
