ASCE, NAE, is a Distinguished Professor, a Regents Professor, and Caroline & William N. Lehrer Distinguished Chair in Water Engineering in Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering and Zachry Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University.
