I enjoyed the variety of healthy beauty recipes in this book. I would have given it another star however since there was not a suggestion as to where ingredients might be ordered from I didn't. For those of us who use holistic products on a regular basis it won't be an issue but those just starting may need a bit more information. I will still recommend this book to my friends and family.
