Reviews

Here s a how-to homebrew book within a homebrew recipe book. I found myself reading recipes for styles I rarely brew just to find Chris s well-expressed brewing tips. Great recipes as promised but there s so much more. Mike Tasty McDole, Brewing Network In Home Brew Recipe Bible, Chris isn t trying to reinvent the homebrew wheel, but he does put a great new spin on it. And I m not sure which is more robust, the book s presentation or Colby s House Porter! Marty Nachel, author of Homebrewing for Dummies and Beer for Dummies Not only is this book packed with great recipes, but also every one gives you a chance to understand more about homebrewing. You learn something and end up with a great-tasting beer to boot! Denny Conn, coauthor of Experimental Brewing and Homebrew All-Stars
