OverviewThe story of Robert Thaddeus Taylor's dedication to producing 38 of Shakespeare's plays and apocrypha in Hollywood beginning in the late 1960's until his death in 2006. Volumes 1 and 2 discuss Thad's family and his time in the U.S. military and merchant marines where he received training in Electrical Engineering that allowed him to open the Taylor Electric Company in Hollywood. This location gave Thad access to some of the largest aerospace and defense companies that provided him his income to work in the Hollywood entertainment industry and simultaneously produce Shakespeare's 38 plays twice. Volume 2 also includes photos from Thad's personal archive of Thad's social life with Hollywood celebrities, actors and actresses with letters, photos and newspaper articles from those that he socialized with and starred in his plays. Also included in Volume 2 are the many correspondence he received. It is hoped that the thousands of actors, some of whom became amazingly famous and the tens of thousands of people who attended Thad's plays would enjoy reading and seeing the memorabilia included from Thad's personal archives and the work from his many dedicated actors and members who built the several Globe Theaters in and around Hollywood for Thad to produce Shakespeare's plays and Shakespearean apocrypha in Hollywood.
