Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationSome of Allan Morey's favorite childhood memories are from the time he spent on a farm in Wisconsin. Everyday he saw cows, chickens, and sheep. He even had a pet pig named Pete. He developed a great appreciation of animals, big and small. Allan currently lives in St Paul with his family and dog, Ty, who keeps him company while he writes children's books. Growing up, Luke S quin-Magee spent a lot of time reading comics and watching cartoons, and then doodling his own characters to make up goofy stories. They always made his family laugh, especially his little sister. He went on to study fine art in Canada and multimedia design in Denmark. From there, he has made graphics, illustrations, and animations for computer games, websites and apps. But he still enjoys creating characters and stories for picture books and comics. He currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Stockholm, Sweeden, with his lovely wife and their four children. Brian lives and works in middle of England. With more than twenty years' experience in creating artwork for video games, he recently turned his attention to illustration and character design. He enjoys combining scanned textures with vector-based images to create a distinctive style. While most of Brian's work is created in Photoshop and Illustrator, he also enjoys using Flash and has worked on animations for a number of high-profile clients. Galia Bernstein was born and raised in Israel. She worked as art director and illustrator in two Israeli children's magazines and one for adults, before moving to New York to study illustration in Parsons School of Design. She is now a full time illustrator (part time textile designer and an amateur ceramics artist) and lives in Brooklyn, NY. Mark Oblinger is an award-winning songwriter, composer, producer, and performer. He cowrote and produced the Grammy-nominated children's jazz symphony JumpinJazz Kids: A Swinging Jungle Tale and has won five Heartland Emmy Awards for his work as a composer/producer for the PBS children's show The Big Green Rabbit and the short films Yesterday's Zoo and The Sea I See.
