William C. Kostlevy is an Archivist and Special Collections Librarian at Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, KY, and lecturer in history at Transylvania University, Lexington, KY. He has published articles in Methodist History, the Brethren Encyclopedia, and the Encyclopedia of New York City. He also authored Holiness Manuscripts: A Guide to Sources Documenting the Wesleyan Holiness Movement in the United States and Canada (Scarecrow, 1994).
